BRG's contractors and consultants have participated on many projects ranging from FMIS / HRMIS and Sourcing.  We understand the three most important aspects of project management.  These are:  

 

  • Schedule:  We know the importance of delivering a project on time.  Often the Go Live date is in sync with other critical business processes.  We actually manage resources and stakeholders to the schedule in order to prevent slippage.
  • Budget:  We are very experienced in managing resources and keeping an eye on the weekly burn rate for labour.  We are skilled at forecasting and determining future spend to deliver the project.
  • Scope:  We know how to manage vendors to ensure that the original scope and requirements are delivered as expected by the client.
